Bovis Lend Lease Spain provides a wide range of fee based services, including Project Management, Construction Management, Development Management and Consultancy Services including Design Management and Program Management. Bovis Lend Lease Spain also provides Private Finance Initiative and Concession Contracts to promote, build, finance and operate all types of social and government accommodation infrastructure and services, particularly in the Healthcare, Education and Waste Treatment sectors.
In addition, Bovis Lend Lease has the capacity to deliver an integrated Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management Service (EPCM) for Industrial Sector clients. |
